Sandy and Derrick, 2009
This piece was custom made for the newlywed fabulous couple, Sandy and Derrick! Sandy compiled a list of objects/scenery she wanted to have in the mosaic to give Derrick. The piece was done in an old antique window frame. It starts at the top and zigzag’s its way to the bottom, beginning with the blue glass representing the Renaissance Center, where Sandy and Derrick met, curving through sky, land, and sea.
